3 shop

I co-led UX on the 3 Mobile online shop when Soap was tasked with redesigning it. E-commerce projects of this scale are never fast. Nothing earth shattering, but the goal wasn’t that – just clean UX and much time spent refining use cases, information presentation and iconography by the team at Soap lead to this implementation.

It led to 3 selling more phones with fewer abandoned carts, which is the goal after all.
